Hey guys, and welcome to Universal Direction. Today’s article is a fun one for me. It’s all about healthy hacks.

Avocados are the bane of my life, and I see so many of you guys tweeting about it. Don’t panic! If you get them out of the fridge and pop them into a fruit bowl along with bananas, they’ll help to ripen them overnight, and you’ll soon be able to have that avocado on toast.

Healthy Life Hacks You Can Start Today - #UD 2If you’re feeling extra snacky and just want to eat everything in your cupboard, before you reach for the tastiest treat, think, would you eat an apple? It just helps your metabolism to turn away everything you’ve done that day, or kick start it first thing in the morning. Plus you never know what you’ll see on your walk.

Sleep is something we all take for granted, but sleep is one the best ways to health kick your body. Instead of scrolling Twitter all night, aim to switch off all electronics at least 30 minutes before bed, and if you really can’t switch off try a sleep spray or an eye mask.
