Stuntwomen Dies on the Set of Deadpool 2
A stunt women was killed during a motorcycle stunt that wrong during the filming of Deadpool 2.
This unfortunate stunt gone wrong happened today while filming on set. Deadpool 2 is currently being filmed Vancouver.
“Vancouver Police can confirm that a female stunt driver has died on the set of ‘Deadpool’ during a stunt on a motorcycle,” said the Vancouver police in their statement.

TMZ reports that the motorcycle stunt rider was thrown into the air when her bike crashed through glass of a ground-floor studio, where the movie is currently shooting in Vancouver, around Shaw Tower.
“We are deeply saddened by the accident that occurred on the set of Deadpool 2 this morning. Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and colleagues of our crew member during this difficult time,” a spokesperson for 20th Century Fox stated.
This tragic news seems to be following a series of unfortunate on set events on the movie scene of late. Earlier this summer The Walking Dead had to pause production of season 8 after a stuntman fell to his death. In more recent news TMZ reported that Tom Cruise was injured while filming Mission: Impossible 6. The extent of his injuries are currently unknown, but its said that he walked it off with a limp.

An investigation of the stunt drivers accident is currently in progress. Its unknown yet if this event will set back production of the film. Deadpool 2 is expected in theaters June 1, 2018.
